US and Canadian Orders 
US orders are sent through USPS, First Class (3 days), Priority Mail (2 days) AND Economy (5-8 days). Mid-West, West Coast, and Canadian orders are usually sent through UPS (1-5 days).

For Canadian orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees and tax.

International Orders (Excluding Canada)
For international orders please contact info@mubarakpaper.com. Please include a list of items with quantity you would like to purchase. International shipping costs are $50+ USD. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost Packages 
We will not be responsible for any lost packages. If your item says delivered but you have not received it, please call the shipping company.
